I understand that participation in the Cradled in Love Foundation Memorial Walk/Run is voluntary and involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or other hazards. I certify that I am physically able to participate and voluntarily assume all risks associated with this event.

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, I release and hold harmless the Cradled in Love Foundation, its directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, and event organizers from any claims or liability arising from my participation, except for claims resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I authorize the Cradled in Love Foundation to use photographs and video taken during the event for promotional, educational, fundraising, and social media purposes without compensation.
